01 · Purchasing

Return & Refund Policy

24-hour buyer’s remorse

Bookings may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, the sale is final, except where applicable consumer law provides a non-waivable right.

Live sessions: Chat, Audio and Video

• Once a session begins, no refunds are issued.
• To reschedule, provide at least 12 hours’ notice.
• A late cancellation or no-show within 12 hours is forfeited.
• Unused prepaid minutes are not redeemable for cash after delivery begins.

Scheduled consultations

• Consultations may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After the 24-hour window, all sales are final.
• A missed appointment without notice is forfeited.
• Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time.

Digital products and personalized materials

Guides, rituals, recorded readings, downloads and personalized digital materials are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Practitioner cancellation or technical interruption

If Rozzebud cancels, you may reschedule or receive a refund for the undelivered service. If a verified connection failure prevents a live session from continuing, the undelivered time may be resumed, rescheduled or credited.

By booking a PsychicHealing.ca service, you agree to these terms. PsychicHealing.ca is operated by and registered under Soul Food Fitness Inc.

Personal responsibility

You are responsible for your emotional wellbeing, choices and interpretations of intuitive guidance.

No guarantees

Psychic, tarot, astrology, dream, Reiki and ritual insights are interpretive—not predictive certainties. Specific outcomes, timelines or results cannot be promised.

Payment

Payments must be made on time in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, bank charges and currency-conversion fees may vary. If you end a package or payment plan early, agreed installments remain payable except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Intellectual property

Readings, interpretations, rituals, frameworks, recordings and digital materials belong to PsychicHealing.ca and Soul Food Fitness Inc. They may not be copied, recorded, published, sold, shared or distributed without written permission.

Communication

Your purchase includes consent to receive booking confirmations, reminders, payment information and service-related communications. Marketing messages require separate consent and may be unsubscribed from.

Termination

Service may be declined or ended if boundaries are violated, behaviour is abusive or discriminatory, payment is not completed, or a request crosses ethical or legal limits.

Psychic & Spiritual Guidance Liability Policy

Nature of services

Tarot divination, esoteric astrology, dream analysis, Reiki, ritual magic, intuitive guidance and spiritual counselling are intended for personal insight, emotional reflection, spiritual development, symbolic interpretation and energetic support. They are non-clinical and non-diagnostic.

Not a substitute for professional care

These offerings do not replace licensed mental-health treatment, medical care, legal advice or financial guidance.

No guarantees

Intuitive insights are symbolic interpretations—not certainties. Future events, timelines and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Client responsibilities

Clients agree to use insights responsibly, seek qualified professional help when needed, disclose urgent safety concerns and understand the non-medical nature of the service.

Crisis protocol

A session may be paused or declined when harm-related thoughts, abuse, immediate danger or severe emotional instability is disclosed. In an emergency, contact local emergency services such as 911 in Canada or the United States, an appropriate crisis service or a licensed professional.

Limitations of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PsychicHealing.ca, Soul Food Fitness Inc. and Rozzebud are not liable for emotional distress arising from personal realizations, decisions made after guidance, financial, relationship, legal or health outcomes, or misinterpretation of symbols, messages or impressions.

Confidentiality boundaries

Sessions are treated as confidential. Information may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to an imminent risk of serious harm. PsychicHealing.ca is not a regulated healthcare practice and cannot promise psychotherapy-style privilege.

Booking confirms that you understand the nature and non-medical scope of the services, your responsibility for your choices and the limitations described here.

05 · Participation

Client Responsibilities & Safety

Emotional readiness

You confirm that you are emotionally able to participate in intuitive, symbolic or energetic work.

Energetic sensitivity

You understand that spiritual work may evoke emotional insight, symbolic meaning or personal reflection.

Safe environment

For video, audio or Reiki sessions, choose a private, quiet and safe space. Do not participate while driving, operating machinery or doing anything requiring your full attention.

Accurate information

Provide truthful intake, contact, birth and scheduling information so guidance can be delivered responsibly.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to book independently. Participation by a minor requires advance written consent from a parent or legal guardian and Rozzebud’s prior approval.

06 · Working together

Client Agreement

Commitment and communication

Participate honestly, communicate respectfully and respond to relevant scheduling or service messages.

Payments

Pay all fees on time. Agreed installments remain due regardless of continued participation, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Scheduling

Provide at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are forfeited.

Personal use only

Do not share, record, publish or distribute session content, rituals or materials without written consent.

Termination

Services may be discontinued when boundaries are violated or a session becomes unsafe, unlawful or unproductive.

Acknowledgment

Booking confirms that you have read, understood and accepted these policies.

07 · Your information

Privacy Policy

PsychicHealing.ca, operated by Soul Food Fitness Inc., is committed to protecting your personal and spiritual information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy requirements.

Information collected

Information may include your name, email, phone number, billing and transaction details, session notes, intake responses, messages, astrology birth details, dream descriptions, ritual requests and website usage data.

How information is used

Information is used for session delivery, personalized guidance, payment processing, scheduling, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance and service improvement. Personal information is never sold.

Service providers and international processing

Information may be processed by trusted providers used for secure payments, website hosting, Google Calendar or Meet scheduling, email, analytics, cloud storage and messaging services such as WhatsApp. Providers may process information outside your province or country under their own privacy terms.

Consent, collection and disclosure

Only information reasonably needed for identified purposes is collected. It is used or disclosed for those purposes, with consent or as permitted or required by law.

Psychic Service Boundaries

Topics Rozzebud may decline

Rozzebud may decline requests involving medical diagnosis, pregnancy or death predictions, legal verdicts, investment or gambling instructions, surveillance of another person, missing-person investigations, coercion, revenge, harm, illegal activity or any topic outside an ethical scope of practice.

Third-party privacy

A reading may explore your experience of a relationship, but it does not provide verified facts about another person’s private thoughts, health, location or conduct. Guidance should not be used to invade, control or harass another person.

Ritual magic

Ritual services are symbolic and spiritual practices. Requests intended to remove another person’s consent, cause harm, manipulate a specific outcome or support unlawful activity may be refused.

Reiki and energy work

Reiki may support relaxation and spiritual wellbeing but does not diagnose, treat or cure illness. Experiences vary, and no physical or psychological result is guaranteed.

Astrology and birth information

Accurate birth date, time and location improve chart interpretation. You are responsible for providing birth information you are authorized to share, including information relating to another person.

Billing concerns and chargebacks

Contact soulfoodfitness@outlook.com first so a billing concern can be reviewed promptly. Nothing in these policies limits lawful consumer rights.

If you require a reasonable communication or session-delivery accommodation, contact Rozzebud before booking so available options can be discussed.

Governing law and policy updates

These policies are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your location. Policies may be updated as services, laws or technology change. The version displayed when you purchase generally applies to that transaction unless a change is required by law.
